• Users must comply with Meta (WhatsApp) policies
• We are not responsible for message misuse by users

Shopify Integration

• Users authorize access to their Shopify store
• Data is used only to provide features (orders, automation)

Payments & Billing

• Paid plans unlock higher usage limits
• Payments are handled via Razorpay
• No refunds unless required by law

Service Availability

• We may update or modify features
• Service interruptions may occur

Termination

• We may suspend accounts for policy violations
• Users can stop using service anytime

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• lost sales
• business losses
• third-party failures
